The persistent rainfall that took place during the first week of October 2025 has resulted in flash floods, landslides, and lightning strikes across various regions of Nepal. To date, 50 to 60 individuals have lost their lives, and many others are unaccounted for. Thousands of people are being displaced, particularly in the eastern and southern areas of Nepal. At this time, they are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance, especially in terms of food and sanitation supplies.

At present, we are seeking humanitarian aid for 200 families. We are appealing to generous donors and partners to join us in this humanitarian initiative.
